Our Team

121 Turnaround now has a team of 10 Consultants, all Enhanced DBS certified, First Aid trained, with over 30 years mentoring experience between them. Each member has various skills and knowledge, all of which aid their ability as a successful Mentor.

The team members have gained life disciplines through their previous careers in The Army, The Marines, The Police Force, The National Autistic Society, and have supplemented this with continued training in areas such as Child Protection, Autism, Mental Health, and on-line courses such as Early Years Makaton, through North Somerset Council. Training is a continuous part of a Mentor’s development and is constantly evolving.
