The aim of 121 Turnaround is to help vulnerable children and young people with complex needs, between the ages of 8 and 18 to become empowered, inspired and to increase their ability in making the right choices, though the strength of positive relationships with a Mentor.

We work with service users across North Somerset and the surrounding areas, and provide them with the care they need to achieve and recognise their full potential, with early intervention and a bespoke mentoring package.

By establishing trusting relationships with the children and young people we work with, and their families, we are able to support positive changes in behaviour, build resilience and self-esteem and provide positive experiences that help shape each young person’s future.
